Kenny, a lifelong New Haven resident, is the general manager and lead broadcaster of WNHE 101.3, a community-focused radio station in New Haven, Indiana. With over a decade of service at Shepherd’s House in Fort Wayne, Kenny has supported homeless veterans in overcoming addiction and mental health challenges, strengthening his dedication to the community.

Kenny's passion for broadcasting began by working the PA system at Moser Park during little league games , sparking a 16-year career in play-by-play sports commentary across various stations in Allen County.

 

In 2022, Kenny was invited to revitalize the then-defunct WHNH station. To the delight of his family (who say they’re not surprised), he accepted the challenge, transforming it into WNHE and driving its growth in both listenership and community engagement.

 

Kenny remains a steadfast advocate for the New Haven and East Allen communities, committed to leading WNHE with integrity and transparency. His vision is to continue shining a spotlight on local businesses, public servants, and entertainment, strengthening the station's role as a true voice for the community.
